## About the role

As a Technical Account Executive, you will utilize your deep technical knowledge, sales skills, understanding of customer issues, and broad industry knowledge to maximize the value of Cadence solutions and flows. You will develop, lead, and close technical campaigns that introduce new technologies and methodologies propelling project teams to overachieve.

- Must have a knowledge of AI/ML digital design and optimization methods and associated EDA technology awareness
- Must have ability converse with and influence upper-level management technology and business discussions to help drive multi-million-dollar, complex sales campaigns
- An understanding of the capability and competitive value provided by Cadence digital design and implementation tools, flows, and solutions, and the ability lead Cadence technical teams connect those to customer needs
- An understanding of digital requirements, ecosystems, and certification/assurance requirements in aerospace/defense, automotive, industrial, and medical markets
- An understanding of mixed-signal IC design and package design
- Knowledge of the complete sales process, services SOW process, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact with engineering and financial staff at all levels
