## About the role

The annual salary range for California is $112,000 to $208,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. ## What they're looking for

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Configuration Management (or similar role) and direct experience in managing PLM teams
- Administration training in PLM systems such as ARENA (preferred) or SAP, Agile, Oracle Fusion, IFS
- Experience in using SiliconExpert, ServiceMax, Jira, SupplierSoft, ServiceMax, Orcad
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Programs, Adobe Pro, MS Project, Visio (or similar)
- Training of ISO 9001:2015
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and verbal/written communication skills
