## About the role

CAIS is seeking a highly organized and process-oriented Analyst to join the Fund Management team. This role will primarily support fund operations across single-investment and fund-of-funds vehicles, with opportunities to assist with fund accounting and financial reporting activities.

## What they're looking for

- Support the day-to-day operations of investment vehicles, including transactions, capital calls, distributions, cash movements, and other fund lifecycle events
- Monitor underlying investments and coordinate with fund managers, administrators, custodians, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Assist with cash and portfolio reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end activities, investor reporting, and other fund accounting deliverables
- Maintain accurate fund data, operational trackers, process documentation, controls, and management reporting
- Learn and apply AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, analyze data, prepare documentation, and reduce manual work
- Test AI-generated outputs and new technology solutions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and appropriate controls
