## About the role

CAIS is always looking for the next game changer to join our growing Partner Experience team. This is a dual-hatted role that combines the relationship-driven side of Partner Experience (owning partner relationships, service delivery, and escalations) with the technical, platform-facing side (configuring the CAIS platform, driving process improvements and automation) into a single point of accountability.

## What they're looking for

- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for financial advisors, firms, and partners across the Alternatives Ecosystem
- Own service delivery and escalation management for an assigned set of partners and/or processes — ensuring timely resolution and consistently high-quality experience
- Develop working expertise in the CAIS platform, investment products, and the alternatives ecosystem to lead client and partner education, training, and platform demos
- Configure and connect the CAIS platform for partners and lifecycle phases: platform configuration, firm/user/fund permissions, connectivity scoping, and integration and workflow testing
- Own document and data digitization work, and document/approval workflow design, for assigned partner segments
- Perform business and data analysis to troubleshoot problems, build reports, and support data-driven decisions
