## About the role

As a Growth Product Manager on Calm's direct-to-consumer business, you'll help more people discover, adopt, and build daily habits with Calm. You'll own the growth product strategy and roadmap, accountable for driving subscriber growth, activation, revenue per user, and retention. You'll set the priorities, design and run the experiments that test them, and partner with engineering, product design, marketing, data, and research to ship what works.

## What they're looking for

- A subscription-business operator: Fluent in the economics of consumer subscription (trial and paywall conversion, LTV, churn) and how product decisions show up in them
- A rapid experimenter: Experienced in fast experiment design and analysis (A/B tests, holdouts, sequential testing), with the statistical judgment to know when a result is real and when it's noise
- Data-fluent: Adept at sourcing quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize a roadmap and make feature calls, and decisive when the data won't settle it
- A student of habit formation: You know what drives repeat daily usage and how to build the mechanics (streaks, reminders, progress, celebration) that turn a new user into a daily one
- AI-native and tooling-fluent: Highly proficient in leveraging AI tools to drive team velocity and build lasting workflows, with the judgment to know when the output is good enough and when it isn't
- Technically agile: Comfortable discussing complexity and tradeoffs with engineers, and able to prototype your own ideas rather than wait in a queue
