- Experienced Product Designer: 7+ years of experience in UX and UI design with 5+ within consumer mobile and web applications
- Technical agility: Comfortable shipping small code changes without engineering support, bridging the gap between design and engineering by personally shipping copy and UI polish directly
- A builder: Biased toward shipping and iterating over perfect plans. You'd rather put a working prototype in front of people than write a doc about one
- Data- and research-informed: You fold both qualitative and quantitative insight into your design decisions, and you measure whether the work landed
