## About the role

Camber is looking for a designer who loves data and working on ways to make the massive amount of data that we have more helpful for both our internal and external users. This can mean anything from improving the ways that data gets put into our systems to creating new data visualizations that help clinics better understand how they can improve their billing outcomes.

- Experience: 5+ years of product design experience, ideally working on products or domains that are complex logistically and/or quantitatively
- Data fluency: You’re comfortable working with data and using it to understand problems, make decisions, and design better experiences

- Customer empathy: You like getting close to users and understanding how they actually work, including the messy parts
