## About the role

CMT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Technical Program Manager to independently lead broad cross-organization efforts from the early stages through release. You will be responsible for coordinating the release activity and assembly for all CMT product lines. Our products are central to our mission, supporting safer drivers and safer roads by integrating seamlessly with a wide range of applications and services.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience, and experience working directly with engineering teams
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 7+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Expertise in software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes at a strategic level
- Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide senior teams towards achieving strategic objectives
