## About the role

Lead the most complex and high-impact customer implementations from kickoff through go-live Guide customers through configuring the platform to align with their accounting workflows, financial reporting structures, and operational processes

## What they're looking for

- Strong experience leading complex software implementations or financial system deployments
- Deep understanding of accounting processes and financial workflows (GL, close, reporting, reconciliations)
- Background in accounting, finance, consulting, or financial systems implementation (CPA strongly preferred)
- Experience working with ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle
- Comfort managing complex data migrations, system configuration, and financial data validation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and customers
