## About the role

As a GTM Recruiter at Candid Health, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to help scale our growing sales and marketing organization. You’ll act as a strategic thought partner, working with them to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top talent for a wide range of business-critical roles.

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting Sales and Marketing hiring in a fast-growing environment
- Strong sourcing and organizational instincts. You know how to build pipelines, stay organized across multiple searches, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process
- Clear and thoughtful communicator , with the ability to build high-trust relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels
- Attentive to detail and execution-oriented . You’re proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of candidate care and attention to detail
- Comfortable with data . Data-aware and process-minded. You enjoy digging into data. You're interested in understanding recruiting metrics and using them to improve hiring outcomes over time
- Curious, humble, and team-oriented . You prioritize collective success over individual and are energized by helping great teams grow. You’re excited to continue developing your recruiting skill set and are open to feedback
