We are looking for a forward-thinking Founding Technical Sourcer to build and scale our sourcing function from 0 to 1. As the first in this seat, you won't just execute outreach; you will architect the entire sourcing strategy, set up our AI infrastructure, define key success metrics, and build the blueprint for how we attract top industry talent.

- 5+ Years of Technical Sourcing Experience in High Growth Environments: You’ve seen and impacted growth at Series D+ startups or hyper-scale companies with quantifiable talent bars
- 0-to-1 Sourcing Experience: Demonstrated success building sourcing strategies from scratch or acting as a lead sourcer defining strategy and metrics for a growing function
- AI & Technical Fluency: Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered sourcing tools, custom automation tools, and generative AI messaging systems
- Learning Velocity: High capacity to rapidly digest complex technical concepts, tools, and developer domains during hiring manager intakes
