## About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Implementation Specialist to join our growing Implementation team. As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Canix’s software solutions for new and existing clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, configure the system to meet those needs, and provide support during and after the implementation process.

## What they're looking for

- Experience : 6+ years of experience in software implementation or customer-facing roles, with at least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead capacity. Experience with SaaS solutions is preferred
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the cannabis industry, including regulatory requirements (e.g., METRC, BioTrack, seed-to-sale processes), is highly preferred
- Project Management : Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process, ensuring that the client’s needs are met effectively
- Technical Proficiency : Comfortable working with complex software platforms and systems, including system configuration, data migration, and integrations
- Customer-Focused : A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
