## About the role

Loan operations is the operational backbone of every deal Capchase closes. It is everything between a signed quote and a funded deal. When it runs well, GTM moves fast, customers feel nothing but momentum, and money moves on time. As a Loan Operations Specialist , you own the execution of that journey. You create the orders, generate and track the documents, chase the signatures, confirm delivery, and get every deal ready-to-fund without anyone having to ask you twice.

## What they're looking for

- Operations foundation: 1 to 3 years in loan operations, deal operations, order management, or fintech operations
- Cross-team coordinator: You have moved information and documents across multiple internal teams and external clients, and kept track of all of it
- Detail discipline: You notice the missing field, the unsigned page, the date that does not match. In lending, those details are the job
- Strong English: Clear, direct written and spoken communication in English with clients and internal teams
- Comfortable with numbers: You can track ops metrics, spot a blocker in the funnel, and act on it rather than just reporting it
- Automation-minded: You have used automation or AI tools in an ops workflow, or you are eager to. You are energised by making parts of your own job redundant
