## About the role

We're looking for a Capture Manager to help drive new business growth with government and defense customers. This role sits at the center of our growth engine - owning opportunities from early market research and capture planning through proposal development and contract award.

## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years of experience in business development, capture management, proposal writing, or a related role supporting government or defense contracting
- Current active US Secret clearance
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and the full capture/proposal lifecycle (market research through award)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to turn complex technical or programmatic information into clear, persuasive content under tight deadlines
- Comfortable working across a wide range of stakeholders (engineering, program management, finance, legal, security) in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits with overlapping timelines
