We are looking for a Controller who can flex from building a team to developing processes to maintaining our books, all while supporting a high-velocity business day-to-day. You are an accounting wizard and also, at your core, you are a builder. You will make an immediate impact by leveraging your accounting expertise and passion for building to update our processes to meet our stage of growth. ## What they're looking for

- CPA certification and understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience. At least 2 years of Big 4 experience. Operational accounting within a fast-paced, high-growth start up
- Comfort creating and editing journal entries yourself in QBO, as well as implementing departmental accounting practices across our systems
- Have successfully led an audit end to end
- Demonstrated ability to excel in dynamic environments. A self-starter with a history of identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance accuracy and timeliness of close
