## About the role

Cape is hiring our first Security Technical Program Manager, a rare chance to build this function from scratch inside a company where security is the product. You'll directly integrate with Security Engineering across their three pillars: detection and response , corporate security , and product security. Rather than specializing in one lane, you'll use your visibility of the whole board to set priorities, define success, and increase velocity.

## What they're looking for

- Prior experience as a TPM or PM embedded with a security team that builds tooling and systems in-house
- Solid grounding in computer engineering fundamentals, comfortable going deep on technical detail with engineers across detection & response, corporate security, and product security
- Track record of defining and communicating technical programs to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong prioritization and backlog management skills, with the judgment to know what matters most
- Comfort operating as a trusted technical liaison between specialized teams and a large, distributed engineering organization
