## About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to supercharge our performance advertising and lead our performance creative strategy & analytics efforts. In this role, you’ll own creative briefs and how we use creative insights, performance data, and market research to develop, test, and scale high-performing ad campaigns.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum 4+ years experience as a performance marketer or growth marketer with strong creative skillset
- Deep understanding of paid social algorithms and full-funnel performance, with the analytical instincts to diagnose what's driving results
- Direct experience in developing creative hypotheses and writing executional creative briefs
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms, like Meta, TikTok, Youtube, and Linkedin
- Fluent with AI tools and comfortable building lightweight systems including reporting, tagging taxonomies, automated workflows to move faster and scale creative output
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
