## About the role

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the end-to-end customer journey across Captions’ products. In this role, you’ll build and scale lifecycle programs that drive onboarding, conversion, retention, and winback across iOS, Android, and web. - Minimum of 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing at a software company or high-growth subscription business
- Proven track record of building lifecycle programs from early foundations, not just optimizing mature systems

- Experience across the full lifecycle with a strong understanding of subscription metrics and how lifecycle programs move them
- Strong mobile experience driving engagement across iOS and Android, with comfort owning cross-channel strategies
