The Staff Product Manager – Platform will own critical platform capabilities that underpin every CaptivateIQ customer experience: Compliance, Identity, and Authorization (CIA).

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent on platform, infrastructure, or technical products
- Strong technical fluency, comfortable partnering with senior engineers on system design and tradeoffs
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for ambiguous or high-risk problem spaces
- Track record of delivering durable, scalable platform capabilities in a SaaS environment
- Direct experience owning compliance, identity, authorization, or Security related product areas
