## About the role

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Carbon Robotics , you will play a key role in scaling our teams during a period of rapid growth. Working closely with our Recruiting team and Hiring Partners, you will help drive hiring and an amazing candidate experience. - 1+ years of proven talent coordination or recruiting operations experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with modern tech stacks, including Google Workspace, modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Ashby), and recruiting networks
- Familiarity with modern talent acquisition practices, recruitment funnel metrics, and candidate engagement strategies
