## What they're looking for

- B.S./M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years of work experience in manufacturing environments (not including internships) with demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced environment and adjust/manage workload based upon changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability using CAD tools to design fixtures/tools
- Demonstrated ability resolving production line down issues and non-conformances using standard root cause analysis techniques
- Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation
- Demonstrated ability to use statistical tools in data analysis and problem solving
