This role sits at the intersection of compliance, product, and the business: you'll advise on new card programs and features, product terms, pricing and fee disclosures, and application and servicing flows across the product lifecycle, review them for regulatory issues, and give product and business teams practical, customer-friendly ways to get to a compliant...

## What they're looking for

- Working knowledge of consumer protection regulations across credit and debit card products (Regulation Z, Regulation E, Regulation DD, Regulation B, UDAAP, FCRA)
- The judgment to interpret regulation into practical product guidance and to reason through novel features where the rule is not directly on point
- Clear written and verbal communication, giving business teams a defensible recommendation rather than just a flag
- A collaborative, advisory mindset and comfort managing multiple product workstreams and deadlines across product, business, design, and operations
- Comfort using AI tools to work more efficiently and expand coverage, and proven ability to operate independently without a defined playbook or daily check-ins
