## About the role

The Manager – Accessioning is responsible for overseeing all clerical and ancillary duties, ensuring that case workflow is operating consistently, and troubleshooting issues that may arise. They have direct line supervision of all Accessioning Supervisors, managing employee schedules and training, as well as resolving any professional conflicts that may arise. The Manager manages specimen turn-around times and communicates directly with Management regarding exceptions, timelines, etc.
