## About the role

The Product Training Manager – Oncology Portfolio is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining product education programs that enable Caris Life Sciences' Commercial organization to effectively represent the Oncology portfolio, including MI Cancer Seek®, Caris Assure™, and ChromoSeq®.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree required
- Five (5) or more years of experience in commercial training, product education, learning and development, marketing, or related commercial roles within life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare
- Experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine strongly preferred
- Experience in healthcare sales, product marketing, medical education, or customer-facing commercial roles preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific and clinical information into practical, engaging learning solutions
- Strong project management, collaboration, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
