## About the role

The Product Training Manager – Precision Medicine Portfolio is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining product education programs that enable Caris Life Sciences' Commercial organization to effectively represent the Precision Medicine portfolio, including MI Clarity® and Caris DETECT®.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, or oncology strongly preferred
- Experience in healthcare sales, product marketing, medical education, or customer-facing commercial roles preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific and clinical information into practical, engaging learning solutions
- Strong project management, collaboration, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
