A fantastic opportunity has become available for a commercially minded US attorney to join Caristo Diagnostics’ rapidly growing team as our first legal hire in the U.S. Based in the U.S., you will work in our global team with colleagues in both U.S. and U.K. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- Be a self-starter with desire to help build our US legal function from the ground up, and share the company values of pushing the boundaries, taking ownership, caring for each other and acting with candor and professionalism
- Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, policies and approval processes in close partnership with Sales Operations
- Build a scalable contracting process that accelerates customer onboarding, removes bottlenecks and maintains proportionate risk controls
- Monitoring developments in US law and regulation, particularly those affecting software, AI and medical devices, and translating them into practical business guidance, ensuring significant legal and regulatory changes are reflected in strategic plans
