As the Senior Site Director of Operations , you will lead all aspects of operational excellence at Cart.com’s fulfillment centers, ensuring efficiency, safety, and scalability to meet growing business demands. Reporting to the Regional Director of Fulfillment Services, you will oversee a team of managers and supervisors, develop and implement strategic plans, and optimize processes to ensure exceptional service levels.
