## About the role

You'll be joining our Compliance – Transactional Sub Division. This team works at the intersection of private equity deal-making and regulatory compliance — conducting KYC due diligence on complex asset management entities to ensure every transaction Carta supports is clean, compliant, and defensible. You'll partner with deal teams, lawyers, and compliance professionals on live transactions involving fund structures, SPVs, and multi-jurisdictional counterparties.
