## About the role

Cartesia is building the future of real-time audio intelligence, and inbound demand for our models is growing fast. We're looking for a hungry, high-velocity Inbound GTM Strategist to own our inbound motion, similar to an Inbound SDR or BDR role elsewhere. As the first person focused fully on inbound, you'll be the first conversation for developers, startups, and enterprises who reach out, getting each one to the right next step and helping set how we qualify, route, and hand off leads to AEs.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum 1–2 years of client-facing experience in sales development or a role that built similar muscles, such as customer success, account management, client service in consulting, banking or VC, or agency-side recruiting
- A track record of outworking the people around you, whether that's exceeding targets, competing at a high level in sports or academics, or building a side project
- Persistence and follow-through. You chase down answers, ask direct questions on calls, and write follow-ups that get replies
- A high-velocity work style. You move through a packed day quickly, keep dozens of conversations going at once, and hold a high standard on the details
- Resourcefulness without a playbook, and real curiosity about AI and how developers build with it
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
