- o 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at an NBFC, fintech, or debt syndication firms / boutique investment banks
- o Proven track record of independently sourcing and acquiring Mid-market companies, and carrying out secured/ unsecured and SCF loan disbursements to them
