## About the role

We're looking for a highly motivated Software Development Engineer 3 (SDE-3) to build and scale the next generation of CashFlo's platform. This is a senior hands-on engineering role where you'll own end-to-end delivery of complex features, influence architecture decisions, and mentor junior engineers while remaining deeply involved in design and implementation.

## What they're looking for

- 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade applications
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and distributed backend systems
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and scalable data storage patterns
- Strong proficiency with React.js and modern frontend development practices
- Good understanding of distributed systems, system design, concurrency, caching, and scalability
