## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, sales engineering, technical training, solutions consulting or a related customer-facing technical role
- Experience leading complex initiatives, mentoring peers and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong technical foundation in networking, cybersecurity, cloud or SASE technologies
- Proven ability to develop and deliver technical learning programs for pre-sales or customer-facing technical audiences
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to make complex concepts understandable and actionable
- Experience creating technical content across multiple formats, including presentations, labs, demo scripts, videos and documentation
