## About the role

The Head of B2B Product will lead the dealer side of the Cazoo marketplace, reporting into the CPO and taking ownership of our B2B product strategy and team. The role centres on Dealer Centre , our dealer-facing platform, alongside dealer retention, lead quality, sales attribution and self-serve monetisation.

## What they're looking for

- Strong product leadership experience in B2B SaaS or a two-sided marketplace , ideally where the health of the supply side, seller, partner or merchant ecosystem is critical to the business
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to turn customer, dealer and sales insight into clear product priorities
- Clear evidence of delivering measurable outcomes such as revenue, retention, adoption, engagement or customer growth , rather than simply shipping features
- Strong grounding in both quantitative and qualitative product discovery , balanced with pragmatism and pace
- The ability to deliver immediate improvements while also building towards a coherent long-term product vision and platform
- Experience working with third-party integrations, data providers or external partnerships outside your direct control
