## About the role

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Lead Gameplay Producer to join our team working on Cyberpunk 2 , the next mainline Cyberpunk 2077 game. You’ll spearhead our production teams and elevate our game development environment to new heights. In this role you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavors, guiding our developers to deliver top-tier content and fostering an innovative, collaborative, and high-performing production culture.

## What they're looking for

- At least 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and managing producers
- Experience in the development and shipping of AAA titles, showcasing the ability to manage large-scale projects
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate across teams involved in the game development lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment, with a focus on team empowerment and self-organization
- Experience building and growing teams
- Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools, enabling efficient project management and collaboration
