## What they're looking for

- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years and a Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- In depth experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Strong test-driven API development using TypeScript. Ability to use tests and clear specifications to guide and verify AI-generated code
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants or agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in professional software development, with sound judgment on when to trust, verify, or reject their output
- Proven ability to lead design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
- Experience building cloud technology using AWS. Familiarity with other cloud provider technologies (e.g. Azure and GCP) preferred
