## About the role

We are looking for a visionary and strategic Field CTO with a "learn-it-all" mindset to serve as a high-impact technical advisor for our most strategic prospects and customers. In this role, you will act as a peer to client executives, translating complex business transformations into scalable technical strategies. You will drive innovation by championing Process Intelligence , Agentic AI and Enterprise Modernization , ensuring our technology aligns with the evolving needs of the global market.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 15 to 20 years of relevant experience, ideally having served as a CTO at a consulting firm, as Field CTO at a software vendor, or Director/VP of Enterprise Architecture within a major corporation
- Strategic Communication: Proven track record of presenting complex technical visions to C-suite stakeholders in a way that emphasizes business value
- Modernization Expertise: Deep experience in Enterprise Modernization , EA Methodologies , and a robust understanding of Agentic AI
- Technical Versatility: Ability to pivot from high-level architecture diagrams to hands-on demo
- Technical Foundation: Excellent background in Data Architecture, API ecosystems, and cloud-native SaaS solutions like Salesforce and ServiceNow
- ERP/Domain: Strong knowledge of Oracle
