## What they're looking for

- 8–12+ years of enterprise B2B technology marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise across partner marketing, field marketing, integrated campaign management, and product marketing
- Previous Oracle marketing, alliance marketing, partner marketing, or field marketing experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success navigating Oracle's highly matrixed marketing organization — including Corporate Marketing, Alliance Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, and Industry Marketing
- Existing relationships within the Oracle marketing ecosystem are highly desirable
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, joint go-to-market motions, and partner program design, including "to", "with", and "through" partner marketing frameworks
- Field marketing experience with the ability to connect global programs to regional pipeline realities
