As a trusted partner to our GTM technical organizations, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process.You will be a strategic advisor to our leaders, bringing not only recruiting expertise but also actionable talent insights that influence hiring decisions and shape our overall talent strategy.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication
- Work hand in hand with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews, providing necessary support and resources to both candidates and hiring managers
- A background in Technical GTM recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finding and hiring the best talent
- Strong understanding of technology and industry trends
- End to end recruitment experience from Sourcing to Offer Management
- Inhouse, agency or RPO recruitment experience hiring for Product , Technology or IT Services businesses
