## What they're looking for

- Experience: 5+ years of relevant working experience with foundational knowledge in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software
- Builder Mentality: Comfortable working with ambiguity. Driven by a mandate to live for customer value , you proactively seek out coming up with novel, innovative solution designs for customers
- Process Improvement: Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and a strong desire to become a value realization expert
- Stakeholder & Program Management: Experience managing project milestones and delivering clear presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Flawless English communication skills
- Domain & Industry: Foundational understanding of the Finance/Supply Chain domains or targeted industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Consumer). You stay continuously updated on business-critical use cases
- Degree: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
