We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Automation Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and optimize automated manufacturing assembly and test systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency, enhance product quality, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives through advanced automation technologies. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field
- 9+ years of experience in manufacturing automation, industrial controls, or process engineering
- Experience programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or similar)
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, or DeviceNet
- Experience with robotics integration and automated material handling systems
- Strong understanding of electrical controls, sensors, actuators, servo systems, and VFDs
