## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in calibration, metrology, or quality engineering, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry
- Strong understanding of metrology principles, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and measurement uncertainty analysis
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540, and other relevant quality and calibration standards
- Experience with asset management software, statistical analysis tools, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
