- Demonstrated leadership or management experience gained in an individual contributor capacity
- Knowledge of inventory control, materials management, warehousing, and manufacturing material flow principles
- Experience with cycle counting, physical inventory, inventory reconciliation, and transaction control methods
- Familiarity with serialized, lot-controlled, shelf-life, and traceability requirements for aerospace manufacturing materials
- Understanding of receiving, stocking, material issuance, replenishment, and inventory adjustment processes
- Proficiency in AS9100 requirements, material identification, and audit documentation applicable to manufacturing operations
