## What they're looking for

- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or similar, or, if no degree, 4 years of additional relevant experience is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CAD Drafter
- Proficiency or expert knowledge in using CAD tools. Experience with SolidWorks is preferred
- Experience generating and/or modifying product models, drawings, and documentation
- Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and product specifications
- Comfortable with collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Confluence, and Jira
