## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university or institution
- Prior career experiences in the aerospace industry, or similar, working in a relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting within manufacturing, production, and corporate environments
