## About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Manager to lead corporate tax accounting, income tax provision, and tax compliance engagements for clients across a variety of industries. Managers oversee day-to-day engagement delivery, mentor Consultants, collaborate with senior client stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor in delivering high-quality tax accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services.

## What they're looking for

- 5–8 years of experience in corporate tax, tax accounting, tax compliance, and/or public accounting
- Experience preparing and reviewing income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 and leading federal and state corporate income tax compliance engagements
- Experience preparing or reviewing federal and state corporate income tax returns within a public accounting, consulting, or corporate tax environment
