## About the role

Provide advice on a broad spectrum of global employment law issues, including employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, equity, compensation, benefits, contingent workers, employee classification, and global mobility Prepare and negotiate various employment-related agreements, including employment agreements and severance agreements

## What they're looking for

- A Juris Doctorate and 4-6 years of experience from a top-tier law firm and company in the SaaS, data services or technology industries
- Member of a U.S. state bar in good standing
- Expertise in U.S. and global employment law matters and an experience advising companies in a pragmatic and commercial manner
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and judgment
- Judgement to anticipate and mitigate risk, and to know when and how to escalate issues
- Proven ability to own tasks and work independently, as well as collaborate with others across the company
