## About the role

Manage assigned payroll operations across countries, employee populations, payroll platforms, and third-party providers. Own payroll calendars, input cutoffs, funding readiness, processing timelines, review steps, approvals, and escalation paths.

## What they're looking for

- Five or more years of relevant payroll experience, with meaningful US payroll ownership and demonstrated leadership or transformation experience
- Prior people-management experience, including coaching, workload allocation, performance feedback, and employee development
- Hands-on experience processing US payroll, preferably with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable payroll platform
- Experience with global EOR or multi-country payroll operations, including vendor relationship management and payroll review
- Working knowledge of US payroll tax administration, filings, payments, state registrations, tax notices, tax rates, and payroll compliance requirements
- Experience managing payroll feeds or integrations involving systems such as Workday, benefits platforms, retirement providers, or other HR and payroll technologies
