## About the role

Partner with Account Executives and Sales teams to lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution workshops. Help customers evaluate Alterya's fraud detection capabilities and align solutions with their fraud prevention strategies.

## What they're looking for

- Own Proof of Concepts (POCs) end to end, including planning, defining success criteria, execution, and successful completion
- Enables sales teams through training, product education, and ongoing technical support
- Work across multiple products, helping bundle solutions and bridge knowledge gaps between teams
- Prioritizes high agency, ownership, and the ability to learn quickly over specific domain expertise
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar
- Experience working with fraud prevention, financial crime, payments, banking, fintech, or cryptocurrency solutions
