## About the role

We’re looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Business Partner to support our CEO and VP, People. This hybrid role is built for someone who thrives on variety: approximately 40% of your time will be spent supporting the CEO across executive business partnership and select work-adjacent personal needs, allowing them to focus on leading the company.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or in a similarly high-trust role
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A high degree of discretion, judgment, and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
- Experience running leadership meetings, coordinating offsites, and tracking action items and follow-up
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across executive support, office logistics, and select personal assistance
