## About the role

Chainguard is scaling quickly. More customers, more countries, and more complexity. We're hiring a Senior Manager, Tax and Treasury to build and own the infrastructure behind two critical parts of our finance function.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of progressive experience in tax and/or treasury, ideally with experience across both functions at a SaaS, software, or technology company
- Strong working knowledge of US federal, state, and international tax compliance
- Experience with indirect tax, including sales/use tax and VAT
- Experience with core treasury responsibilities, including cash forecasting, banking relationships, liquidity management, and FX risk management
- Experience building policies and processes from the ground up rather than simply operating within established ones
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to translate technical tax and treasury concepts for non-finance stakeholders
